  • Low carb high protein Parmesan Tilapia Recipe

    Serves: 2



    • Two 4-oz tilapia filets
    • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
    • 4 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
    • Cajun or other seasoning to taste
    • Salt
    • Pepper



    1. Preheat oven to 350 F
    2. Sprinkle salt, pepper and other seasonings of choice on each filet evenly
    3. Spread the mayonnaise on each filet on top of the seasonings
    4. Spread the shredded cheese on a paper and dip each filet, mayonnaise side down into the cheese and press firmly until coated.
    5. Line a baking sheet with foil, spray the sheet and place filets evenly
    6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the fish flakes evenly
    7. If you want a browner crust, place under a broiler for a few minutes
